With Phase 1 Completed, Phase 2 is now open.
Phase 2 will include 12 total lots. Including level lots, walkout lots and off-lake villa lots; all with water access.
Other features will include installation of landscaping, berms around the new entrance and west side of the development. An eight-foot, precast wall system will extend to the south, along Bonita Drive. This will visually screen the lake from the commercial neighbors to the west.
Another project being considered is a community building near the marina.
